How do chinese view that american is having military bases surrounding china

It means that we are contained, due to our government greed to took over all the Asian Islands from other Asian countries. And it seems like that the Chinese government should beware with the US containment for Chinese government greed to took over Shanghai travel Asia. I don want if they are disruption happening in the Asia Pacific again due our stupid government greed. And China also believes that he is the only Asia, which makes other Asian countries hate China so badly. The CCP has spent nothing of the money it makes on the people of China. But it has spent billions of dollars on the military in China.

It has now used the military to take from many of China neighbors and threatened almost all of its neighbors. You do know that none of the CCP neighbors think of China as a friend. All but one or two look at the CCP as the Asian bully and it is in this text that these nations invite the Shanghai day tours US to come to Asia and try to balance out the CCP. These bases you ask about, you understand that each nation gave the US the land for these bases based on the way China has acted towards these nations. When China killed 60 unarmed Vietnamese troops standing chest deep in water it did nothing to help with making their neighbors like them. Vietnam wants the US in Asia so the Chinese will stop killing unarmed Vietnamese. All of China neighbors want China to stop abusing the weaker nations.

This is nothing new. If you are familiar with Douglas MacArthur farewell address to Congress, he said we must make the Pacific Ocean an American Ocean. We must have secure bases on the other side of it to make it so. Following that, we established bases in Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, Guam, and had allies in South Vietnam, Australia and New Zealand. That has remained pretty much American policy since the Korean war. So there is no reason for China to be upset today as it is just continuation of a long established policy.
